You will be guided through intuitive and introspective creation to make this stay an enriching, personal and intimate experience that will allow you to discover your own artistic truths.

Program
Workshops combining writing, collage, music, theater, dance and more to reconnect with yourself and your creativity.
Guided meditations, a sophrology session, a hypnotic journey and an energy treatment to help you refocus and connect to your creative impulse and receive what you need.
Mindfulness techniques applied to creation and through creation to help you focus and express yourself freely.
Periods of rest and relaxation are an integral part of the retreat to allow you to deeply recharge your batteries.

No experience or talent in art is required to fully enjoy this retreat. Only the desire to use creation as a tool for introspection, reflection and connection is essential.
For people who are not resistant to alternative medicines such as sophrology, meditation, hypnosis. However, you will absolutely not be obliged to participate in the sessions if you do not want to.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This retreat is not
A technical art workshop. Although you will be guided on some techniques, the idea is to have access to the creative process without always having to master the techniques before being able to create.
Individual or group therapy. The professionals present will accompany you and walk alongside you, asking you questions that will allow you to make your own awareness and choices. We rely on the foundations of positive psychology and mindfulness.
Although there are very enriching group sharings, there is no analysis of the group works.
A weekend of crafts or plastic arts. The introspective creative process is deep and sacred. We will give it great importance and respect.

A few weeks before the retreat, we will send you a preparation document in which you will find the list of things to bring. However, don't worry, you will have plenty of creative materials at your disposal.
Meals will be varied and homemade. Please tell us your intolerances and diets, we will happily adapt.

Artiste pluri-disciplinaire, Elle est autrice, musicienne, metteuse en scène et directrice artistique. Dot est aussi accompagnante à la créativité et art thérapeute. Elle croit à la création comme accélérateur de prise de conscience. Elle est la fondatrice de The Créarty Family
Aurélie Delmas
Therapist qualified in Ericksonian hypnosis, sophrology and neuro-linguistic programming. Aurélie is also trained in schema therapy (CBT).
An integrative approach that allows it to support you in freeing your creativity.
Aurélie is also the creator of the floral objects brand Les Fleurs de Woo
Sara Wild Tales
Sara is a graphic designer, muralist and illustrator. She loves creating visual landscapes for the infinitely creative women that we are. After opening and managing a multidisciplinary cultural space in Bordeaux for 3 years, she today devotes herself mainly to her clients, her artistic activity and her contemplations in the heart of the wild.
Specializing in the psychology of colors and the functioning of creative energy, she teaches these themes around her so that everyone can find their way to inspiration.
Marine Le Feron
Immersed in energy at a very young age by a family adept at Reiki, Marine decided to explore this path in more depth by becoming a Reiki Master herself, before introducing herself to various energy practices centered on the chakras and their balance. For her, spirituality is above all a story of faith, in oneself, in life, and this, with a lot of love and kindness. An artist in her blood and in her soul, Marine has chosen to materialize her spirituality through drawing and more particularly through the creation of mandalas. His works are imbued with sacred geometry, astrology or mythology.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
14 days and less from arrival: A penalty equivalent to 100% of the total invoiced stay will be invoiced to the participant (non-refundable) except in special cases (illness with very precise medical certificate essential, death)
